We are currently investigating multiple reports of periodic packet loss on Telstra fibre connections in Victoria. This will also cause voice quality issues on these services.
All services have been resolved.
Engineers have identified a firmware compatibility issue introduced by a recent upgrade and have implemented a fix. Engineers will continue to watch.
