Fixed Wireless - Thomastown (VIC) FWB Thomastown Site Offline

SP Ausnet has alerted us to an outage at our Thomastown site, unfortunately, our batteries have now exhausted. We are working closely with the energy provider to restore the site.

    FlexPBX Outbound Calls Outbound FlexPBX call issues

    UPDATE 28/11/2024 - 4 PM

    Our engineers have resolved the issue and customers have confirmed that outbound calls have been restored.


    We are currently investigating reports of customers unable to make calls on the FlexPBX platform.

    Technical staff are currently investigating. We will provide updates as they become available
