FlexPBX Inbound Calls Inbound and outbound Flex call issues

We are currently investigating reports of customers unable to make / receive calls in the WA region

Technical staff are currently investigating. We will provide updates as they become available

  • The upstream carrier fault has been resolved, inbound and outbound calls are operating smoothly as expected.

    Activity: Due to a planned upgrade, the services listed may experience a 3 hour break to service during the change window.

    If your service has not restored after this time, please restart your Summit NTU and Router before contacting Support.

    Ringotel Infrastructure Maintenance

    Ringotel will be performing a scheduled infrastructure upgrade on September 21st, 5PM AEST

    Expected Impact (Ringotel Softphone):

    • SMS/MMS services will be unavailable during the maintenance.
    • Some users may experience issues making or receiving calls.

    Estimated duration for maintenance: 1 hour

    NBN Planned Maintenance VIC and SA

    NBN have advised that there will be scheduled maintenance conducted in VIC which may affect VIC and SA NBN customers.

    Stop Date/Time : 16/10/2024 06:00 AEDT

    Duration: Up to 4 hours
