Engineers have identified an issue with routes from our upstream transit provider Equinix.
We have lodged a fault with them and are awaiting feedback.
Customer may experience loading of some websites and access some locations.
Update 12.50 - Our upstream carrier has acknowledged the fault and are now investigating the fault within their network. Summit engineers have routed around the issue to lessen the impact to customers.
Update 13.08 - Our upstream carrier has confirmed the issue has been resolved however they are investigating the root cause.
