Power Issue - Moorabbin Fixed Wireless

Technicians are currently on site investigating a power fault at our Moorabbin Transmission site.

Customers may experience an outage whilst troubleshooting is performed.

    Private Voice - Melbourne

    Engineers have been alerted to an issue on a core switch which is impacting a limited number of customers with private voice service.

    We are currently investigating the root cause.

  • Update 03/04 0750

    Engineers have performed work overnight to mitigate the issue. The root cause is a faulty switch which has been taken out of service.

    Engineers fix has stabilised the issue and removed the customer impact. The root cause continues to be investigated.

    Engineers have applied a fix and are currently monitoring. We will continue to provide updates as they become available.

  • Fixed Wireless - Heavlesville

    We are aware of an extended power outage affecting our Healesville transmission site post storms overnight. Battery has now been exhausted on the site.

    We are awaiting updates from the power supplier before dispatching field resources due to safety concerns.
