FlexPBX Inbound Calls Bria Stretto/Enterprise Soft phones not able to receive calls

We are currently investigating report of Bria Stretto/Enterprise managed soft phones not being able to receive calls. The soft phone appears to be registered, but does not ring. Outbound calls remain unaffected. Further information will be posted when available.

  • Engineers have identified an issue with Bria Software and have raised a support request to the software vendor.

    The issue is specifically related to the app ringing when it is not in focus (ie. when the phone is locked).

    We do not currently have any ETA for resolving this issue.
