Engineers were alerted to a resource spike on our Sydney servers at 09:50AM AEDST (GMT+11).
This spike in resources caused all handsets registered to Sydney to fail over to Melbourne.

Impact: Handsets registered in Sydney failed over to Melbourne, then back again when services restored.
Engineers are currently monitoring the server resources for any further issues.
