FlexPBX Inbound Calls FlexPBX Interruption

Engineers have been alerted to an issue in our Sydney Datacentre affecting FlexPBX.

We are currently investigating and will provide further information shortly.

  • Resolved

  • Engineers were alerted to a resource spike on our Sydney servers at 09:50AM AEDST (GMT+11).

    This spike in resources caused all handsets registered to Sydney to fail over to Melbourne.

    Start Date / Time: 08/10/2019 0950

    End Date / Time: 08/10/2019 1007

    Impact: Handsets registered in Sydney failed over to Melbourne, then back again when services restored.

    Engineers are currently monitoring the server resources for any further issues.

    Fibre Unscheduled Outage

    Engineers have been alerted to an issue on equipment in our Melbourne Point of Presence.

    We are currently investigating the cause and will provide updates as they become available.

    Effected Services

    • ADSL & NBN
    • AAPT Fibre & Ethernet Services
    • Optus Fibre & Ethernet Services
    • Some peering
  • Engineers have applied the vendor recommended software updates.

    All services have been restored.

    If your service has not restored, please restart your NTU and Router before contacting Summit Support.

    We apologise for the interruption to your service.

  • Engineers have identified the issue as a software bug.

    Engineers are currently applying vendor recommended action of updating software to current stable build.
