NextDC B2 Brisbane Network Outage

09.39 - Engineers are currently investigating alerts of a core network issue in our Brisbane Datacentre. Further updates to follow.


Update 09.52 - Engineers have identified the issue and have restarted the affected device. Services have been restored and engineers are currently preparing Emergency Maintenance for the affected device.


Update 09.58 - Engineers are currently preparing a PDCA for Emergency Maintenance. Maintenance scheduled for 9/11/18 10PM AEDST. See Status page for details.

FlexPBX Outbound Calls FlexPBX Outbound Calling

Engineers are currently investigating reports of some outbound calls failing.

The team have reported that the issue is resolved and all calls are processing normally.

4G Telstra 3G / 4G services are experiencing issues

Telstra has advised they are experiencing an issue with some M2M data services (4G). We have found services currently connected will remain connected. Please do not restart your 4G unit.

Telstra continue to work on resolving the intermittent authentication issue impacting M2M (4G) services.

Telstra has resolved the issue. The 4G service has returned to normal operation.
