Bria Stretto/Enterprise Soft phones not able to receive calls Friday 22nd January 2021 12:17:00


We are currently investigating report of Bria Stretto/Enterprise managed soft phones not being able to receive calls. The soft phone appears to be registered, but does not ring. Outbound calls remain unaffected. Further information will be posted when available.

The issue with the Bria Enterprise mobile app has now been resolved after extensive consultation with Bria.

We apologise for the delay in restoring service.

Engineers have identified an issue with Bria Software and have raised a support request to the software vendor.

The issue is specifically related to the app ringing when it is not in focus (ie. when the phone is locked).

We do not currently have any ETA for resolving this issue.
